Âncora Investments was founded in 2019 by Elad Shachar and Tamir Luria. What began as a focused operation in Porto has grown into a full-cycle development and investment firm active across Portugal's key markets, with the founders still making every major decision. Every deal is underwritten hard. Every number is tested before commitment.

Our projects begin before most developers start looking. We research the Portuguese market, identifying underutilised assets in high-potential urban locations ahead of the pricing shift that follows. We handle the acquisition and the capital behind it ourselves, bringing in partners where it strengthens the deal. Nothing moves forward until it clears our return thresholds.
